Our Story
TMGY Properties was founded in memory of Teresa Marie Gallen Yates, a loving mother and grandmother.
During the Great Depression, Teresa Marie Gallen's father nearly lost the family home and found himself without support. His brother Hugh, a soldier-turned-Jesuit-priest, had taken a vow of poverty and decided to cash out his war bond to help the family.
Later, Teresa Marie Gallen Yates married Ed Yates and after a period of success on America's Bandstand, she found herself without a home again. The two moved in with family until their Uncle was able to buy them a home.
The importance of family when times were tough became instrumental in Teresa Marie Gallen Yates' life. Following this legacy, TMGY Properties' mission is to ease the burdens of family members facing financial hardship in retirement.
TMGY Properties' purpose is to ensure a safe and secure place to call home.
Just like Teresa would have wanted.
